Achiote Sauce with Carrots

1 Achiote brick (3.5 oz brick)
Olive oil
Sea salt
Peeled carrot slices


Simply warm your Achiote Paste in a little olive oil
until cooked. Add peeled carrot slices and a little sea salt. Cook carrots until tender. Add water to create a flavorful sauce
